A pastor is greater and bigger than a bishop. While pastor
is a ministry, a bishop is a humanly desired office. 1 Tim.3:1. Anyone can
desire to be a bishop but a pastor must be called. Heb. 5:4. A bishop will at
best do good works unlike the pastor who specializes in doing divine works.
Rm.12:2.
Why should I follow a man who fixed himself into an office
when God has not called him?
